Using Yahoo groups, I have set up an email discussion group to debate the pros and cons of the scheme. It is also an excellent way of providing up-to-date information on the development.
To join, simple send a blank email to

I will also be posting information from the group on this website. I had an interesting email conversation with Steve Wehrle about a comment that I made on the group.
It is important to get as many people as possible to join the group and join in the discussions. Please let friends and neighbours know about this site and the discussion group and ask them to join.
