1. the request that members should receive an update on the current situation as to the progress made on the detailed proposals;
2. the Chair’s assurance that the detailed proposals would be considered by the committee.
RESOLVED that subject to the completion of the appropriate legal agreements in respect of the heads of terms outlined in the report and the views of the Secretary of State following referral to the Government Office for London, the Assistant Director (Planning and Transportation) in consultation with the Chair, be authorised to grant planning permission subject to the conditions set out in the report.
